From the Recorder: November 13, 1941

The November 11, 1943 edition is not available, so here's an article from November 13, 1941, on plans to build an ice rink in Ralston.

Edit: I'm not 100% sure, but with Pearl Harbor happening just a couple of weeks later, I don't think it was ever built. I don't find another article about it. The next article I see about an ice rink is from December 10, 1942, talking about how Charles Anderson at 79th and Oakwood had provided one the last two years. That doesn't seem like the same location. The next article I find is from January 11, 1945, where the Village Board is considering flooding the old pool near the Bath House in order to provide an ice rink.
